Where We Ship
Iron Rose Co. currently ships within Australia only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days of payment being received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During busy periods (sales, new launches), processing times may be slightly longer. We will contact you via email if there is an unexpected delay with your order.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been dispatched, standard delivery times within Australia are typically 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.
Please note that shipping times are estimates provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel's progress.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel appears lost or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at ironrosefashion@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Iron Rose Co. is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or other carriers once your order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. Iron Rose Co. is not liable for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realise you have entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at ironrosefashion@gmail.com and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
