Our Policy
At Iron Rose Co., we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we offer exchanges or store credit — we do not offer cash refunds unless the item arrives faulty or incorrect.
Eligibility for Exchange or Store Credit
To be eligible, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

Returned within 14 days of receiving your order

Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Tags still attached (if applicable)

In the original packaging
Items that have been worn, washed, damaged by the customer, or returned after 14 days will not be accepted.
How to Request an Exchange or Store Credit
To start a return, email us at ironrosefashion@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include:

Your order number

The item you'd like to exchange or return

The reason for your return

A photo if the item is faulty or incorrect
We will respond within 2–3 business days with instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item. We recommend using tracked postage, as Iron Rose Co. is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at ironrosefashion@gmail.com with photos and your order number. In these cases, we will cover return postage and offer a full exchange, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotion are not eligible for exchange or store credit unless they are faulty.
Custom Orders
Custom printed items are made to order and cannot be exchanged or returned unless they arrive faulty or incorrect.
